Terms of Service
Effective 21 October 2026
1.About these terms
- These terms apply when you use extraqube.com and the apps and online services that ExtraQube Systems ("we", "us") offers under its own name. By using one of them, you agree to these terms.
- Where you or your organisation has signed an agreement with us or accepted our quotation, that agreement governs the work it covers and prevails over these terms where the two differ. Any price and payment terms are set there, not in these terms.
- These terms do not cover systems we build or run for another organisation, such as a university's app: they belong to that organisation, which sets their rules and notices, and we run them on its instructions. The Legal Center lists which organisation each system belongs to.
2.Using our services
Use our services lawfully and as they are meant to be used. In particular, do not:
- access an account, a system or data that is not yours, or try to get around a security measure;
- test a service for weaknesses without our written permission;
- send automated requests at a rate that burdens a service, or otherwise disrupt it for others;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful under Thai law, including the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- use a service to send spam or to pretend to be another person or organisation.
If you find a security weakness, please email [email protected] instead of testing it further.
3.Accounts
- Some services need you to sign in. Your account is often given to you by your organisation through ExtraQube SSO, our single sign-on.
- Keep your password and second factor to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts a service or its other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and why. An organisation can also end the access it gave its own people.
4.Your content
- What you upload or create in a service (files, text, images, answers) stays yours, or your organisation's.
- You allow us to store, copy, process and display it only as far as needed to run the service for you, including showing it to the people you share or publish it to.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload it and that it does not break the law or these terms.
- We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms. To report unlawful content on a system we host, see our Notice and Takedown Policy.
5.Our content
- Our websites, software, designs, text and the ExtraQube name and logo belong to ExtraQube Systems or to those who license them to us, and are protected by law.
- You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows it or we agree in writing.
- Third-party and open-source components inside our services are used under their own licences.
6.Availability and changes
- We work to keep our services available, secure and correct, but unless an agreement with us says otherwise, we do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
- We may change, suspend or stop a service, for example for maintenance, for security or because we no longer offer it.
7.Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, including liability for our fraud or gross negligence, or for death or harm to body or health.
- Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data that comes from using or being unable to use a service we provide free of charge.
- Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have as a consumer under Thai law.
8.Personal data
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice, and what our websites store in your browser in our Cookie Policy.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date, and applies from that date. If a change significantly affects how you use a service, we will give notice in advance where we can. If you keep using a service after the change applies, the new terms apply to that use.
10.Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
- If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. A dispute we cannot resolve together goes to the courts of Thailand.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
